Do you work out? Do you have hobbies? It sounds like your issue is partially rooted in the fact that you are bored and you look through porn "just because" and next thing you know youre fapping furiously because hey why not?

If youre really horny, then bang your gf. Like straight up tell her you need her pussy and want to plow the shit out of her ass ASAP. If shes not available then jerk off, but no porn.

If youre just bored and not really that horny but hey its something to do, just recognize you are doing it out of bordom and find an activity. Working out and going to the gym helps BIG time. Take up jogging. Physical activity goes a long way for this and besides its the best thing you can do for your health.

Recognize porn is inherintly addictive as well as destructive. When the israelis invade gaza every so often, one of the first things they do is take over all the public broadcasting facilities. Do they put out propoganda over the airwaves? No - they put porn on every single channel. There is a reason they do this, and it is to corrupt their youth and pacify the population. Its to kickstart an addiction that will make the palestinians rather jerk off to badass bitches rather than breed and make more palestinians and fuck shit up.

There is a reason why porn is free, exceptionally high quality, and widely available now. NOTHING is truly "free" - everything comes at a cost. If someone is offering something at no financial cost to you, you need to realize that they are gaining something else out of it that may not be readily apparent.

If you have interests or hobbies that take time, you won't spend as mush time watching porn.

You need to eradicate the "boredom porn" and keep it for a time you're really horny and for some reason you gf won't do
