I waste a lot of time in commute. I mean this figuratively and literally. For school I commute. For fucks sake, I spent five hours in commute because I had to attend a hour meeting today.
In life, I idle a lot thinking I'm on my way to something, when I should already be doing something, or put off what I should do because there's something more pressing to do. Or, worse yet, I worry.
Either ways, I spend too much of my time doing nothing and never built up a set of cues to spend my time mindfully.
How do I shift gears into a doer rather than a layabout?
