My GF and her ex have a kid together. This kid is 24 years old and went to the beach 2 hours away. This kid has anxiety and sometimes has panic attacks behind the wheel. He got one when he was supposed to head back to his dad's house and wouldn't get back in the car. My GF then had to drive to his location to bring him back. Her mom and dad were busy and couldn't come with her to drive his car back so the dad/her ex went with her. 2 hours in a car by themselves. I didn't find out until she was already heading home (I texted her first about future plans). Should I be bothered by this at all? I am bothered by this but it might be due to insecurity.

Having a kid too early is a red flag and it is very possible she can be the type of person to cheat.
If you have no evidence just wait and observe, do not confront her for no reason.
