How do I make me face attractive as a man? I'm 18 and still

I do actually lift and run and I think that's my problem. I get very sweaty and acne where I sweat.

I currently shower twice a day, change my bedding as often as possible, drink lots, use cream I got from the doctor and special face wash.

I've still got lots :/

Some might be ingrown hairs. I get lots of my chin hair.
