How do I get rid of these spots all over my arm?

I have sallow skin everywhere except here, so it looks weird.

I have those too and I don't even know what they are. I have good skin otherwise.

Beats me what they are. Probably skin condition.

My forearms are tan and once I pull my sleeve up it looks like I have the same skin of a ginger. Feels bad.
