I thought you're supposed to put toothpaste first?

Currently my routine is:
Shower hot
Shave
After Shave
Shower cold
Toothpaste
Moisturizer

Maybe I should shower cold last?

That routine will work really well since the hot shower will open your pores and make shaving easier and the cold shower will close your pores afterwards. Now the toothpaste trick does work, but only because it dries out the skin. Which is why you might be using moisturiser afterwards.

I would suggest you only use the toothpaste to kill pimples when they are particularly bad (maybe once or twice a week). Good skin is mainy comes from good diet(fruit+vegies) and good hormones(are you stressed? maybe still in puberty?)

Thanks man. Youre confirming what I had pieced together myself. And yes I only use toothpaste when it gets really bad, but I was concerned that it wasnt working because of the moisturizer afterwards. Im 19.
