I have it as bad as you and even worse, I also think I won't have a significant other, but not because of my body - I think my personality is more of an issue. But anyways.
On one hand I find happiness in making long-term plans about improvement of quality of my life; recently I got a better job and I'm already making plans on how to get a better one soon. Now that I'm making more money I also sometimes make little gifts to myself, you know, like gadgets or expensive clothes.
And on another hand - I'm happy enjoying little things like going to a trip or a concert or a near by archery path with a bunch of friends.
Hobby is also a good addition. I swear one day I'll motivate myself to make a comic kek.

Sure it's a bit sad there's no girl that would be interested in me while I am also interested in her, but if you occupy yourself with other things you kinda forget about it.
