If she doesn't want to get married than it wouldn't be a happy marriage. Better to grow up with a single mother than an unhappy household. You could attempt to stay together without marriage. Not being married to her won't make you any less this child's father. What's important is that you are willing to bare part of the burden of raising this child, both finanically and emotionally.
