Do you think perhaps that might have some relevance to your mood? Aren't you confusing cause and effect? You're not giving up on help because you're dpressed. It's the other way around.

Think them as things you can work towards. Be happy for the small victories and give yourself permission to fail sometimes.

I feel the same. I attempted suicide recently and I don't feel any different now, I want to try again. I wonder if people like us are just fucked, or if those with this sort of depression can actually recover and feel normal.

Op were you feeling like this while on your meds? You may have to try some others. I finally found one that might work for me. It's still difficult. But better than thinking about offing yourself.
