What's always worked for me is itemizing.

Go throw out the trash around your PC. Or all the mountain Dew Bottles. Or kleenex or whatever.

Then pick up your laundry. Then file papers/documents.

Etc.

Go through the list and stop when you get overwhelmed, but complete at least 1 task a day. Start small. You can do it!

Shut off your pc and wait for your real "laziness" to emerge in an outrage to do something. Since you are so filthy you wont probably do anything outside so you will hopefully start to clean your room. It is not laziness it is pc addiction.

There's really no excuse for that. Getting started is the hard part. You'll feel much better after.
You just need the motivation to start.
