I literally just threw out my shaving razor, lip balm and bar of soap. I shower twice a day, before and after work. Brush daily. I don't think it's diet related, if anything I've been healthier since I started working. Could be 'stress' related, but I'm not really stressing since it's a retail job and I'm killing it, manager loves me.

I can relate, I get this shit 1-3 times in a year. If you already have herpes, you should try spreading a bit of honey all over it. If you feel like it's about to come (skin becomes itchy/hurts a bit), try adding vinegar on it. It will still appear, but won't be as big

I live in Eastern Europe and this helped me a lot, try it.
