I've completely forgotten how to interact and make new friends

I've completely forgotten how to interact and make new friends with people. The last friend I made offline was back in 8th grade, and although we're still friends a few years out of highschool we don't hang out a lot. When it comes to interests, I'm a media soak. I'm in the thousands when it comes to books, films, video games, anime, comics. So even when someone wants to talk about this stuff with me, when they're not as "into" it or it's just a passing interest it comes off as cringey, so most of the friends I make are pretty normie. I lift but that's more so I don't succumb to heart disease it's not something I want to bond with someone over. I feel like I'm becoming a bigger autist every year and only have interactions online and at my job with customers.
