go to a charity organization or a non-profit organization that might wave the fee. lots of these places run on grants and not client's money or insurance.

Check if your city has any non-profits that offer mental health and/or counseling. Most of the time, these places work on a sliding scale or are funded by grants and donations so that clients can even get services for free. I live in the US, but I'm sure these services are also available in Europe as well.

Please go and see your family doctor, probably you will get a referral to a psychiatrist and also a psychotherapist, that's what happened to me. The psychiatrist consultation and follow-ups were free, though I had to pain for medecine the first few times because my claim to get neetbux hadn't yet come in. Check it out.
