What's a good way to get up on time in the morning? I often wake up to late, because I don't hear my alarm. It is already really loud, and my mom wakes up. I can't go any louder because of our neighbors. I have tried morning and sleep rituals, tried those sleeping time apps, removing all electronics from my bed, 3 different alarms across the room, nothing worked.
I thought about some alarms for deaf people, where the matress vibrates. Or some light alarms, but I can sleep at any light condition.
Any tips on that topic?
When I take melatonin I wake before my alarm. I think it helps with quality of sleep so I wake well rested. It's worth a shot.

Falling asleep is also very hard. I tried meditation, workout, taking a walk, weird binaural audio, other rituals, without success. I can't fall asleep.
