Can I ask tech problems here?
Today I woke up and my phone wasn't charging, it seemed weird so I try to turn on the PC (my phone was connected to the PC) to see if it would be charging. But It wasn't charging at all. I rebooted the phone and it would start charging and then, after some minutes it would stop charging. I think it could be the USB socket but I'm not sure. any suggestions?

How old is it. After some age, a battery just won't take a charge anymore

Less than a year, maybe between 7 or 8 months old.
so I tried to use another power source and it would appear that it charge but actually it wouldn't. I tried to do a system recovery, and nothing. Now I can't turn on the cellphone fully. I'm between buying a new p[hone or try to use the warranty.

Assuming you tested it on a known working charger, your options are replacing the battery (depending on the phone this may be needlessly complicated) or de/soldering the charge port (this one is inherently complicated)
If either seem too much for you then go with the cheapist method of getting a working device.
You need to format 3 times dude
Anon just format your phone and do it 3 times that will fix it
