Any "life hacks" to fall asleep quickly? I need to fix my schedule and if anybody would give me tips I would be very grateful.

Go to bed at the same time every night. Make sure your room is slightly cool. Use something like flux to make your screen yellower during the evening (blue light keeps you awake). Melatonin can help.
Honestly though, the best thing I've found is to just do something relaxing for half an hour before bed. Turn off your computer and go and do something that doesn't require too much effort. I read poetry.
Do a thing until you are so tired you collapse or skip sleeping for one night and then go to bed at regular time.
If you have about a week to fix your schedule then you can do the later option in steps. Just force yourself to stay awake 3 hours later each night and sleep as long as you can. Eventually your sleep pattern will roll over to where you want it and then you just have to keep it there.

I work out at night, then I'm exhausted around bedtime

There is an anti-histemene sleep aid they sell at stores like costco. If you try it out, take it before 6 or 7 the night before and start with only half a pill. They take a while to wear off and can make you groggy the next day.
