I feel like shit/depressed, am fat and lonely, but the worst is feeling like shit/depressed. What should i do? What steps should i make to not feel like shit/lazy/depressed?

Make a list of things that you want to do to improve yourself, big and small. Then, organize them into simple fixes, and difficult fixes. I would recommend finding a way to track this information, diary/journal, excel sheet, etc. I prefer using a bullet journal (http://bulletjournal.com). There is a community for it, and it's cancer, but it's simple and effective.
