How often do you fap now and to what? If it is to the tune of more than once a week and to non-normal stuff then yes it is worth a small period of it

If you want maximum testosterone you only fap on Friday. There was a study done where if you only fapped once every 7 days you'd be at Max test otherwise if you don't fap on that 7th day then by day 9 your test goes down dramatically

I've had a very positive experience with nofap. The absolute most important and valuable thing is to quit porn, that will often lead to not jacking it more than about once a week. If you only do it once a week and wihout porn, that should be pretty good, but if you have the will I recommend trying to go totally fap free for like two months and see what it does for you.
