Do you have any tips on how I can handle criticism better? Whenever somebody corrects me on something or tells me I'm doing something wrong, I always take it very personally and start a fight because I take it as a personal attack rather than something that's trying to help me - which is usually what it is. How can I handle this? I don't want to keep starting fights because it never ends well.

Accept more of it. There's a balance you have to strike. I'm on the other side of the coin, I internalize criticism and sometimes feel like a bad person for it. I'm not good at it either, but I do think that asking questions about what you did wrong is fair. Just remember that it doesn't mean there's something wrong woth you, that you just made a very human error and it had a negative affect on this person. It's an exercize for sure.
