This shit has accompanied me for most of my life, and I'm ready to say that my NEETdom has been caused mostly by these symptoms, which had me living uncomfortably for most of my life. Every doctor I've visited have always brushed it off, nd I'm too much of a robot to debate them.

What kind of allergy could it be? I usually get those symptoms when I leave my house, even for just 5 minutes, and it's clearly not seasonal, since I've felt like this for most of my life.
Also here's another symptom:

That sounds like something unrelated. But what you originally posted sounds like allergies. Probably dust or pet dander inside the house, or if you don't live alone then someone's bringing in shit from outside. Just sounds like general allergies. I suffer from it too.
I have a nasal spray and it doesn't make me sleepy like allergy pills; try them out though.
