What do I do goys, her number is available on the scheduling software the restaurant uses, should I just text her out of nowhere? Or try to get her number the old fashioned way if we happen to get each other alone on that shift? Should I even go for it at all?

Don't be a fucking creep using a scheduling software to get her number. Giving a number is an important part of the whole dateing thing. This means she accepts you. I am a man and if someone calls me or txts me from an unknown number I am already pissed off before I even read it. Nice looking girls have a lot of this bullshit, so it would be a nice change if someone would behave like a normal human being and just talk and ask for the next meeting. It is not a crime to be interested in someone, even if she rejects you there is nothing wrong with that. Just be direct.
