Not without warning, though they CAN subject you to a random drug tests if it's in their policy and you're already an employee. But, they can't give you one without your consent.

But like the other guy said, they probably would've done that before paying you.

They can't single any one person out for drug testing. Either everyone including the CEO CFO ect to the warehouse ppl or no one. Unless you're driving flying or using heavy equipment.

I can see the physical being a drug test. Just do not smoke for the first month and then say fuck it. They own your company time, not personal time. I doubt they will drug test you if you establish trust by working around a month.

If this is healthcare its a completely different story and you should expect regular drug tests.

If you're not a chronic smoker, THC and it's main metabolites will work out of your system in 2-3 days (according to my training). If you're a stoner, it can sit in your body for weeks.
