how do i stop being socially anxious?
talking and social interaction is extremely stressful for me
just going to the mall can give me breakdowns. Sometimes ending up in me crying in a bathroom stall in the middle of my venture outside
i can barely leave my home and only if im gonna go to a trusted person's house, just because i dont like people seeing me.
definitely has to do something with self-steem, im extremely insecure, not really good skin and no muscles to show off

You need therapy, urgently, also, friends can help, try talking to someone.
I've dealt with social anxiety my whole life. One of the first feelings I can remember are anxiety, so it's deeply rooted. Stuff that's helped me:
Cutting down on processed foods
Eat more plants
Eat better quality meat
Lift heavy things. Don't over complicate it. Basic strength training is all you need, and lifting for strength is actually easier than body building and will still make you feel and look good.
Sauna and cold showers not only give you physical benefits, but seem to carry over into handling situations that are psychologically stressful.
Build confidence by going swimming, I started swimming because I was homeless and needed to use the pools shower, but after finding a place to stay I continued to go to the pool and do laps, my skin improved and physique too, and I became more confident because I had a hobby for the first time other than drinking and video games

Realize that you are merely an observer reacting to feelings. You can choose how to react to them. Once you understand this you can control your "anxieties" with ease.
