Your hearts in the right place OP, but you have to understand that the more close a relationship you have with someone, the more awkward it becomes when someone else who has an intimate relationship you sees the other person being very close. The awkwardness compounds when it's the opposite gender.

Honestly OP, there is going to be no good way for all of them to meet each other. This is one area where no advice is going to be very useful
