in my case i got them through a hookup and told my doc they worked miracles and i want them and she gave them to me

i went through a panic disorder and it was hellish but benzos solved everything for me

Seriously a combo of medication and therapy could do wonders. You might have to do some trial and error but eventually you'll find a therapist and med combo that works for you. It sucks that you have issues in the first palce but it aint worth offing yourself over.

OP I know of some unscheduled benzos you can get online if you're really that desperate. There legal in Japan and I think Spain so it's not exactly a research chemical. It's called Etizolam. That shit really calmed me down when I was having a bad trip on shrooms. This stuff is good for short term relief but with all benzos they can seriously be addicting. You should really look into a therapy and antidepressant combo though.

Don't fuck with benzos for more than a few weeks. You will not be able to stop.

See your doctor for prescription meds. Benzos are legal and they're prescribed quite often.

And yes, you will make a mess of your suicide if you're that afraid of death. I guarantee you'll fuck something up if you act on an impulse. You'll either potato yourself or you'll die in pain. It takes planning. If you don't have a gun, that is. But then you'd be already dead if you'd really want to do it.
