So here's my shitty day
>got into a meaningless fight with bf, I wanted to be left alone and he kept on. Ended with hits to my arms and sleeping in separate rooms
>I had plans to go out today that he knew of, he took my buss pass and debit without me knowing
>I leave my house and get on the train for the other side of the city
>I get off train and see the peace officer who asks everyone to take out their fare
>I realize I don't have mine and instead of telling the guy of my "tmi abusive bf story he will probably think of as a lie" I told him I just forgot to buy a transfer and usually have my pass
>he doesn't care and fines me $250
Should I tell court what actually happened or will that bury me deeper?

Why are you still with this idiot?
You should have:
1) called the cops when he hit you
2) got a restraining orde
3) moved out
4) send him a text telling him what you're doing, you're done with him and do not contact me again
5) call on family, friends or women's battered shelter to help you move on.
My guess is that this isn't the first time he's done this. Here's the message. "GET THE FUCK OUT".

I'm saving to move out when he's at work. I don't have the family/friend support right now and I can't go to my job while at a shelter. I've chosen that it's best for me to handle it on my own it'll just take time. But my post is about the 250 ticket sending me a step back
