Is it possible to get thicker bones in mid to late 20s? I've read that peak bone mass is reached by or at around age 30 but that could just be a meme.
Yes, lift heavy
This is a health question. So how is your metabolism? Your thyroid function? Think big picture before narrowing down to something so irrelevant.

You can't.
But you see how big fat people are?
Their bones are tiny and yet they're still huge.
You can do the same with muscle.
LIFT bitch

>Yes, lift heavy
What lifts should I do? How many sets and reps? I've mostly been doing pushups, hammer curls, lateral raises, deadlifts, and occasionally benchpresses.

I'm not sure how to answer these questions, to be honest. I guess my metabolism is pretty fast. I don't gain weight very quickly, as long as I don't go overboard on junk food.
Last time my hormone levels were tested, they were mostly normal but had to be checked twice due to one irregular result. The first test was administered slightly later in the day (around noon), and showed free testosterone levels below the normal range (around 9 ng). The second test taken early in the morning gave a drastically different result (around 16 ng).

No rows?
No shit you look skinny
Do rows.
And lots of benches.
Bench+rows makes your torso look big.
And always do deads.
Diddly if your life depends on it.

In addition to deads, do some heavy ass farmer's walks. Your forearms and traps will explode and give you an overall bigger look.

What if your thyroid function is low?
