How do I boost my sex drive? I'm only 25 and my libido seems to have fallen off a cliff recently. I'm also finding it difficult to maintain an erection. I don't smoke or drink excessively. I also workout three times a week. Last month I failed to penetrate in my last three encounters .

I had a similar issue and I'm also 25, I know it wasn't performance anxiety because I've been married since age 16, I was experiencing all the symptoms of low test, so I upped my fat intake and started taking zinc and that fixed it
