but how the fuck do you get a positive attitude toward work? It's litterally how my character trait is.
Am I supposed to lie all the time and act as if everything at work is beautifully handled? Most of the decisions that are taken are shit and I'm already exercring myself to not be too much of an asshole and be agreeable

Sounds like you shouldn't say things you know that people will hate to hear. You don't have to lie about not liking the idea, just say nothing at all next time.
