What do you do when you've been out of school for years and don't feel like you're progressing any more?
It's been years since I've left uni, and I've been promoted multiple times but I feel like I've nothing to aim for. Going for good grades and so on kept me going.
I know hobbies are great, and I do have some, but they aren't exactly progression, they're just distractions.
Need an aim?

I'm making a lot more money now than a couple of years ago. The best way to earn more would be to move jobs and mine's pretty good.
Money doesn't equal happiness or I'd be happier now than I was a few years ago.
