Why can't I sleep? Even when I take 50mg dph I always wind

I live with my parents and I'm not sure what I should do in order to see a doctor because I never have. also I'm not sure if my insurance will cover the rx. Can I look it up?

Try to start off with normal sleep tablet medications you can get at like stores and pharmacys without needing a prescription, if that doesn't work and you have like bad insomnia like you aren't sleeping for days straight and you might be chronic then you NEED to see a doctor. Insomnia can wreck the body because the body needs sleep to heal. Without it you can get sick and fatigued more commonly and faster. So that's my only advice i don't know what more I can say.
