No it only occurs when you yourself aren't happy and become triggered when you see normal people going about theit lives. Sounds like depression.if you continue to think this way it is destructive. Just focus on you and not what other people do. People are happy/content with their lives should not affect you.

Nope. Even when I'm really sad, seeing other people being happy (especially kids) cheers me up.

Try not to live your life as a contest in comparing yourself to other people and being upset that someone else has something that you want.
