Please help guys. I've been on a diet for around a month now. At first, I was losing weight pretty easily. Now I've come to a point where I'm stuck with the same weight. It just won't burn off. Any advice?

what is your diet currently like?

It's mostly just cutting portions and eating more fruits when I'm hungry, I work out every other day
Everybody hits that wall. Keep trying. Look for hidden calories in things like drinks and sauces.
>on a diet for a month
It's gonna take longer than that bud
It's a plateau. Keep going and in a month you'll shed more than before.

When you started dieting, you were able to lose weight by eating at an amount of calories smaller than your TDEE.
Now that you've lost weight, your new TDEE has fallen to the amount of calories you now eat.
In order to get the weight to drop further, you have to cut calories further.
Then the weight will stop coming off once your weight reaches its new equilibrium set by your energy intake.
Hopefully, by then, you won't have to cut anymore, because you'll have reached your goal.
But if not...
Plateaus don't just happen for no reason. Hormones and shit affect your metabolism, but at the end of the day, it's thermodynamics. Energy in. Energy out.

I don't focus on my weight because as you burn fat and create muscle your weight won't drop. I look at my waist line. Are my belt notches going in the right direction.
