I don't see the point in spending that much money for games that I a) might not want and b) might already have

Also anyone with that much money to blow on a Steam account doesn't have time to play that many games.

I lost my job in May and this $ will help my fiance and I move out of state, which is still happening regardless. I know its risky, that's why I've come for advice. I'm not marking games and full retail either

Trying to sell your account goes against the subscriber agreement for Steam. If you don't have a friend who trusts you enough, you're going to need to find some fool who both has that kind of money and is willing to trust you. Seems unlikely.
