I'm afraid of balding in the future and losing my hair. I like keeping it long because my head is fuck off big.

Everyone on my dad's side of the family is bald (including the girls) and all the guys on my mom's side of the family are normal balding, (Went bald in middle age.)

What do I do? Should I start taking meds now? Should I start planning for a toupee?

Longer hair will make it heavier on the scalp and increase chances of balding.
Eat like, a ton of veggies and buy a good brand of biotin (not the cheap brands) and anti-thinning shampoo. (You can find them in salons)

Try and eat broccoli every day. I mean like EVERY DAY.
Also Miso soup, eat fermented foods in general.
