Did I goof? A telemarketer was collecting for charity and I gave them my address and last name before coming to my senses and backing out. I'm assuming I'm going to be getting tons of their junk mail from now on but if they were scammers do they have enough info to fuck me in some way?

You're going to get spammed, but that's about it. As long as you didn't give CC, bank account, or SSN, you should be fine.
Type your name in google, chances are all that information is already available online. Or like, you know, in the phone book.
So no.

This, that info is public domain. All you did was basically give them permission to spam.

They probably weren't real scammers, except in a roundabout way. Like people who stop you on the street, they legitimately get you to contribute to a charity. But the money goes through their fund-raising company, and they take a commission before the charity sees a penny. And the commission can be as much as 90%.
