Im a 20 year old guy with pretty bad self esteem issues. I was pretty ugly in my past but lost much weight recently, now I probably look average. I met a girl which is really attracted to me and I enjoy the attention I get from her. Now she even straight up told me she wants sex. The problem is that shes really unatractive. Shes fat and her character annoys me actually. Im also afraid to be the a living joke for my friends if they find out about it. Should I do it to boost my self-esteem and or should I ignore her attempts

What you really should do is work on your self esteem. Work out, do things you enjoy. You can also practice talking to girls on tinder or some shit.
You can do better than talking to a girl you dont even like OP just remember that.
