What should I do in this shitty situation? I'm now 21 by the way, and I don't think moving out is an option in the near future because I'm disabled due to the mental issues I developed as a result of all the abuse.

I'm too disabled for work. I take high doses of sedative medication which renders any possibility of work impossible. Plus, I'm too stressed out to even think straight half of the time.
