This girl asked me out a few years back and I said no. She was super unfit and I didn't find her attractive at all.

She found a boyfriend a few weeks later but broke up with him a fortnight ago. Now we've been great friends for years but it's been a bit rocky. She often disappears for days on end and has cancelled more times than not on plans. There's a lot of personality differences which make me not want to date her but suddenly she is 100% more attractive and I really want to see her?
I know I'm still shallow af but there's something about knowing her being single now that's just got me going. I'd love a FwB thing and it's not something I'd usually think about.
Am I dick for thinking this? Has anyone else ended up sleeping with a best friend?
