Actually I went to the gym for 2 hours a day and was in the best shape of my life. When I'm really depressed, I don't eat very much at all.

I did cry my eyes out though.

I'm mostly over it. I'd say the cyberstalking is the last vestige of me getting over my breakup. I no longer want a relationship with him, but I don't want him to be with her since he left her for me.
