okay /adv/, i dropped my phone in water. the screen is cracked and it started flickering. i managed to turn the phone back on but the touchscreen is unresponsive, any help?

Turn it completely off, fast, and let it dry in rice or some other desiccant like silica gel.

Impure water conducts electricity, and that causes short circuits in the electronics that can fry semiconducting elements like transistors and IC chips.

The less power in the phone the better. If the battery was removable, I'd say take that out too.
