what is the best way to remove rust stains from the inside of a toilet, without scratching the porcelain? i have a lot of it around the rim that is hard to clean off with a toilet brush

another thing, i have a Clorox 'bleach/blue' tablet in the reservoir (http://i.imgur.com/C0kyWVv.jpg), so it may not be safe to use vinegar (bleach and vinegar create a toxic gas)

Fill the bowl to the top and add bleach

Or a Mr Clean magic eraser, I think they make them on a stick for toilet use.
