yeah my dude, get yourself some of those Gentrol IGR discs and you snap the little tube in them, they force the exposed cockroaches to have an abortion and it also stops juvenile ones from maturing.
then you hit them up with some of the dupont advion gel bait on all points of entry. the ones that make their way to your room will be aborted, wont be able to reproduce, and when they eat the bait they'll slowly die and then the roaches that eat their corpse will also die.

there's probably some generic versions of them, those are just the only ones I know. you can probably get by without the discs and just use some form of the poison gel.
