Foggy Brain

>be me 6 weeks ago
>wake up with foggy brain outta nowhere
>no interests in anything
>spend most days laying in bed sleeping or staring at the ceiling
>everything feels surreal
>short term memory is shit
>cant recall what I had for breakfast most days
>3 weeks later happen to get some liver tests done and have elevate ALT enzymes (126 when it should be 0-50)
>doctors couldn't fucking care less
>don't even drink alcohol but I'm a college student so they probably don't believe me
>fast forward to now
>liver enzymes are down but still feel like shit and sleep 14+ hours a day
>still foggy brained

Done with this shit. I failed a quarter because of this bullshit and now I'm behind on getting the fuck out of college

Good suggestions, If I may add;

What helped me against foggy brain was a better sleep rythm. When you wake up, you have to do it properly instead of lying in bed all day. Use the wim hoff breathing method for this.

>Hyperventilate while counting your breaths untill you reach 30.
>Breathe out and hold as long as possible.
>Breathe in and hold as long as possible.
>Breathe trough your nose untill you have regained normal rythm.

There is a minor chance of passing out due to hypoxia so do it in a sitting/lying position. However this has never happened to me.

You are now fully awake and (hopefully) not foggy.

>Exercise
This. Best tip for all-round health

It's because you jerk off 1+ times daily.

you could be surrounded by mold somehow and are having allergic symptoms
>>
>>18472706

had the same issue, doctor said it was MDDS, basically sea legs. your brain stem is out of place and whatnot. he said to wait til it went back in to place, bnut it can take your entire life. take some magnesium and research in to the only treatment option in new york where they make you do balance stuff til it realigns.

i really hope you get better. ive been there and even after you're 'cured' theres still issue. i was still tired a lot, and had to take naps and had a horrible memory. its been over a year and im like 95% better now but theres still some residual issues.

Drop the ALCAR - it always gives me brain fog.

Consider dropping tryptophan - it causes drowsiness.

You likely do not need to be taking glutamine.

Ditto milk thistle.

The rest is fine.

Wait a week and if stopping these didn't help then buy some ladasten online and take 100mg/day for two weeks.
>>
>>18472859
Also yes, sleep apnea causes trouble concentrating and unrefreshing sleep
