Does anyone recognize these weird marks on my leg? I dunno what these marks are from but I've had them for years. Scrotum for position.

they're stretch marks from your skin stretching to accommodate the fat underneath. even skinny people can get them though from muscles or even just randomly.

They happen when the skin gets stretched out either by muscle growth or fat deposits

They will eventually fate out and become near invisible within a few months to a year
