no i just started there a month ago but we close late everynight, he comforted and consoled me when my ex came in my store to start trouble. He does the schedule and i have literally only worked with him for 3 weeks, no other managers. Today he shot a rubber band with me, we take smoke breaks together, and it seems like he always has a reason to talk to me. You've only worked there 3 weeks, it sounds like you have a shitty ex that might be causing "rose coloured glasses" and also interpreting friendly gestures as something more.

Also if you're working at Hooters, I can guarantee you he does stuff like that with all or most of the girls there. Idk about Hooters specifically, but most big chains have policies against employee dating, and if upper management finds out, either one of you is going to be transferred or you'll both lose your jobs. It's not worth it.
