Civ Engineers wouldn't be able to help you. They're experts in physics and math, not biology and chemistry like a nurse or physician.

As someone with a few introductory anatomy/healthcare courses under their belt, I wouldn't drink it. I would buy bottled, or boil the shit out of it.
