How realistic is it to move to another country where you have no relatives and barely any friends?
Language wise I can speak to some degree and getting better so I'm not worrying about that.
Lately I've been thinking about moving from where I live now, the problem is I am really not sure if I can do it both mentally and money wise.
I've been thinking about getting into uni over there once I control the language and study medicine on a scholarship.
How far fetched is my dream? I am only 20 and don't know shit about the world.
What are my chances of succeeding? I am afraid to waste my 20s and I feel like I'm already wasting them..
I have until next October to decide, to some degree..

You're projecting alot of your insecurities onto the future. You don't need to be afraid of what will happen if you move because you will figure it out as you go along. Listen to your passion and desires and go for it, just be smart about it, and realize there might be challenges, but don't let fear stop you from doing something you really want to do.
You could search for a job online, or maybe go there for a week or two and try to land one, once you do everything will flow.
Also, which country? And where are you from anon?
It's easier than ever to find jobs or study places all over the world thanks to internets. What is not so easy is to get a residence/work permit.

While this is a very optimistic point of view which I want to believe in, I can't always do whatever I want and think I'll manage somehow because when money is involved there's a huge risk.

I am from Israel desu.
I have a European passport so immigrating to either countries is no problem.
As for the country I want to go it's either Japan or the Australia, both seem like a very good options as if I were to compare them to Israel, which is a burning hellhole that's gonna explode in a few years..
I just want a peaceful future, where I can just walk to work by foot, have an interesting job in what I love, go home for dinner with my kids and wife, not have to worry about getting blown up by a rocket or stabbed by a psycho down the street because I'm Jewish or whatever.
I want to experience what's it's like to live in another country with a brand new start and no worries..
Made me write up a lot lol, hope this sheds more light to my story.
Thanks anons

Proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance. Get your money situation sorted out first, then the rest will follow. You CAN do alot of what you want, but you need to be smart about it. There are alot of job opportunities in australia, use the internet, use your head.

The trouble with running away to someplace else is that when you get there you're still you.
