I don't wanna put this in b so fuck it, my skin is generally pretty good on my body.. but the past 3 years I've had a slightly physical job that makes me sweat sometimes especially in the undercarriage area.

So I'm getting these little clusters of..? I'm not sure what, they don't always go to a whitehead so it seems like I can't remove them in anyway.

I need advice on what to do about this, how can I fix myself

Its called chafing and there's a bunch of ways to help prevent it. Head to the pharmacy and pick up one of these. Fresh balls, anti monkey butt powder, chamois butter, bodyglide, or anything you can find that's labeled anti-chafing. You can also wear boxer briefs.
