The building face on the left 'leans' towards the top. It's very slight but it's there - certainly an art school admissions dude would notice it. Small things as well; similar windows being different sizes or just looking half-assed, the column bottom right not being straight. It's sloppy work. And that's fine if you're doing "arty" shit but this is meant to be an almost architectural piece. It's bad.

As for the drawing you posted. Composition is great. Style is consistent. (Details are equally detailed all over & color scheme is balanced.) It really is a pretty picture. His use of light is accomplished.

Being famous or infamous depending on who you talk to has made his art stick out. I have paid good money for art that is not as good as his, from no-name artists.
